Manage Contacts


In this article, learn about the following:

View Contacts

To view Contacts, select the Contacts Tab on the left. From here, you can see the contact Name, Title, Company, User Type, Phone Number and Email. There are four actions you can take for contacts here:

  • Email a contact by selecting their email address
  • Mark a contact as active or inactive using the checkbox to the right
  • View or edit contact details by selecting the eye icon
  • Delete the contact by selecting the trash icon

Contact Details

Select the eye icon on the Contact overview page to view contact information. This will bring up the information currently saved for the contact and their linked data. Edit this by selecting the pencil icon in the top right.

Contact Linked Data

The following data will be linked for each contact below their details:

  • Contacts
    • This will display any Contacts at the same company
  • Opportunities
    • This will display any Opportunities currently linked to this contact
  • Estimates
    • This will display any Estimates currently linked to this contact
  • Projects
    • This will display any Projects currently linked to this contact
  • Invoices
    • This will display any Invoices currently linked to this contact
  • Documents
    • This will display any Documents currently linked to this contact

Add Contact

To add a contact, select Add Contact in the top right of the Contact Overview page

For each Contact, you may add their name, a picture, user type, company name, title, company category, website, phone number(s), email(s), and address(es). Select Add Contact at the bottom when finished inputting this information.

Options for Company Category, Phone Numbers, Emails, and Addresses can be adjusted in the Preference tab on the bottom of the left menu
