Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is an at a glance view of key information within your business.

Dashboard

The top of the dashboard lists the number of current Open Opportunities, Pending Estimates, Open Projects, Open Work Orders, Open Tasks, and the number of Active Employees.

Open Opportunities

The most recent five (5) Open opportunities will be listed here with an overview of the Opportunity number, client company name, opportunity name, estimated value, and an Eye icon to link to the opportunity.

Pending Estimates

The most recent five (5) Pending Estimates will be listed here. Select the Eye icon to link to that Estimate.

Open Projects

The most recent five (5) Open projects will be listed here with an overview of the project number, client company name, project name, current value, and an Eye icon to link to the Project.

Open Work Orders

The most recent five (5) Open work orders will be listed here with an overview of the work order number, client company name, work order name, estimated value, and an Eye icon to link to the Work Order.

Sales

The Sales section will list the revenue closed Month to Date and closed Year to Date for the company. Select the Eye icon to see the applicable Sales Opportunities.

Invoice

The Invoice section will list the revenue closed Month to Date and closed Year to Date for the company. Select the Eye icon to see the applicable Invoices.

Open Tasks

The most recent five (5) Open tasks will list all current open tasks. This will list the date assigned, due date, who it is assigned to, the task name, and an Eye icon to link to the task.
