Step 1: Use CPM to create and track sales opportunities as a new lead comes into your business. An opportunity must be created first before creating an estimate. Select the "Add Opportunity" button on the top right.
Step 3: Once an estimate has been accepted by your client, you will turn your estimate into a project. Select the create project button on the bottom of the specific estimate.
